| Herkimer Diamond is a particular form of
double-terminated quartz with particularly clear crystals. This is not really a 'diamond',
but quartz named after a 'false' diamond found at Herkimer in New York state, USA.
Similar quartz is now found in other sites in Mexico and Spain. Delicate harmony and unbridled spontaneity are both characteristics supported by Herkimer Diamonds.
