| 'Fossilisation' is a process in which the
organic matter of a once-living thing is transformed to stone, usually by the gradual
infiltration of another substance. Fossils possess characteristics in addition to
the substance (eg. calcite, quartz, opal, agate, etc) which has produced the
'fossilisation'. The picture shows fossilised wood in an agate. Grounding is a strong characteristic of any fossil. Spiritual communication to the past, and to other 'current' worlds is supported by fossils. Fossils also bring 'excellence' to an environment, and clears the way for innovation while clearing out old behavioural patterns. In healing, fossils are good for treating skeletal, hand and feet problems. |
