| With a colour range from light blue to deep
blue, sometimes with a lustre, Azurite is known as the 'stone of heaven'. Azurite awakens the development of the psychic self and provides insights into all areas of the life of an individual, while eliminating indecision and nagging worries. Azurite is a strong 'benefactor', providing exactly the required energy to an individual in any situation, enhancing 'creativity' and mellowing it with 'love'. As with other things, that which is received is also returned more-easily with Azurite, allowing the user to bestow good on others. In the Native American tradition, Azurite is a sacred stone used to connect to spirit guides, and in other traditions it is seen as a stone of status. The Mayans used Azurite to transfer information, knowledge and wisdom by thought. When used in meditation, Azurite facilitates easy access to a state of 'no mind', and integrates the images which become available. In healing, circulatory disorders, spinal alignment, and spasms/tics can be treated using Azurite. |
