Numerology - Arrows of Pythagoras
![]()
The frequency of numbers which appear in the make-up of an individual give an indication of propensity towards (or away from) particular characteristics.
The following grid is used to place instances of numbers which appear from the letters in an individual's name, or in their date of birth, or both.
| 3 | 6 | 9 |
| 2 | 5 | 8 |
| 1 | 4 | 7 |
Write the numbers from your name in the grid, in the appropriate square, and then draw lines, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally which stretch across three squares.
For John James Smith, the grid looks like this:
| |
6 | 9 |
| 2 |
5, 5 | 8, 8 |
| 1,1,1 1,1 |
4, 4 |
Note that the only lines in this example are '1, 5, 9', '2, 5, 8', and '4, 5, 6'.
For each line, locate the interpretation, below, and remember that if a line is missing from your chart, it tells you what your are NOT:
1, 2, 3 - Thoughts: Loves order, planning and organisation
4, 5, 6 - Will:
Determined, with strong will-power
7, 8, 9 - Activity: Energetic, active, and enthusiastic
1, 4, 7 - Physical: Strong, healthy, and dextrous
2, 5, 8 - Spiritual: Artistic and sensitive, but balanced
3, 6, 9 - Mental:
Intelligent and creative, with good judgement
1, 5, 9 - Determination: Patient, persistent and determined
3, 5, 7 - Compassion: Compassionate and spiritually-aware
The 'weight' of a square (the number of instances of a particular number which appears in that square) also give an indication of strengths AND of imbalances between the numbers.
This process can be repeated by including the numbers appearing in the individual's full Date of Birth.
